When you choose Belvivere Home Linens, you make an investment in lasting quality that will bring years of enjoyment and comfort. Please read the terms of the Belvivere Limited Warranty Coverage carefully.

Retain your proof of purchase and the printed certificate of warranty included with your order to substantiate a claim in the event warranty service is required.

5-year Limited Warranty Information

Belvivere warrants any eligible products covered by this warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the length of time of (5) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

The warranty will apply only for products under conditions of normal use and careful laundering made accordingly with our washing instructions.

With proper care, your fine linens will retain its beautiful appearance and superior comfort for many years. We suggest that you observe our simple care steps (see washing instructions).
Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatments, heavy soiling, or improper laundering will void this warranty.

Visible defects such as rubs, tears, or holes should be reported to Belvivere within 30 days after receiving the product.

This warranty does not apply to any condition or defect resulting from negligence, misuse, alterations, fire, improper washing or accidents.

This warranty is only valid for you, the original retail purchaser for personal home use, as long as you own the product. The warranty does not extend to subsequent owners if any.

In no event shall Belvivere be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, lost profits, loss of use or other economic loss, nor shall its liability exceed the purchase price of the product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Any and all implied warranties of this product, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation on the duration of implied warranties may not apply to you.

None of these warranties apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential uses or to anyone other than the original residential consumer purchaser.

Warranty service

The Manufacturer will either repair or most likely replace at its option any product which has a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty without charge.

To obtain service under this warranty just follow 4 simple steps:

We strongly suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information.

Belvivere will provide to replace/repair defective products at no cost within 30 days from the date the return is received.
If identical products are unavailable at the time of claim the Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute the defective product with a product of equal quality.

All claims for service must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

The Manufacturer’s liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its option.

If any dispute arise regarding eligibility of a product to be covered under this limited warranty we will submit the product to a certified third party textile testing lab for a technical report about controversial defect.

Important: Keep your Certificate of Warranty and your Bill of Sale with your important papers for future reference.
