Gift / Wedding Registry

We all want to get the perfect gift for our wedding, birthday, graduation, Holiday, housewarming party or on any other gift giving occasion. Short of dropping not-so-subtle hints for what you would like to receive? Create your personal Gift Registry and share it with family and friends!

You need to be a registered user to create and manage a Gift / Wedding Registry online. Click here to open an account on Belvivere.com.

You can add a new Registry to your Account by Logging in and clicking on the “Manage Gift Registries” link. To add a Registry click on the “Create New Registry Button”.

You will need to set a series of options for the Registry itself first.

The options are:

-	Event type : is just a way to better identify the event (e.g. Wedding, Birthday, etc.).
-	Event name : the name of the event (e.g. Paul & Jennifer’s Wedding).
-	Event date : the date of the event.
-	Preferred delivery : specify where you would prefer the products delivered. Delivery address could be the registrant main shipping address or any other address from your address book.
-	Hide event : check this box to hide the event so that other customers will not be able to locate the event’s Registry when they search the registry database. The only way to locate and view the Registry will be by clicking on a link that is sent by registrant using the “Notify Friends” feature. In other words this feature makes the event private.
-	Hide Registry shipping address: this is a privacy protection tool. It prevents customers to see registrant’s address.
-	Notify me of new orders : when you enable this feature by checking the box an email is sent to you when an order is placed for a registered item. The email contains details about who purchased the item, when, and what has been purchased.
-	Include Gift Certificate : when this option is checked gift certificate are added to the Registry
-	Active : When this option is not checked the Registry is taken offline. The Registry will not be shown in searches and no one will be able to purchase products from it.

If one or more registries have already been created, the Manage Gift Registries page offers a summary of all of them. It displays the event name, type, date, whether or not the event is visible to customers that are looking for a registry, how many items have been registered and how many of these items are still available for purchase (in parenthesis).

You can add products to your registry by clicking on the Add to cart button and browsing the store as you normally do when purchasing products. Once products have been added to the shopping cart page an Add to Registry button will appear just below the Checkout button.

Note that the Add to Registry button is only shown:

	If you are logged into “My Account”
	If you are the registrant of at least one Gift Registry

It is never shown if the customer is a new customer, or if no registries have been added to the customer’s account.

When you click on the Add to Registry button, instead of beginning the checkout process you are taken to a page that allows you to select a gift registry from a list of gift registry previously added to your account, and add the products to it. Once products have been added to the registry, a product summary can be viewed at any time on the View Products link.

After creating a Gift Registry and adding products to it, you can easily let friends and family members know about it. From the Manage Gift Registries page, just select Notify Friends and enter email addresses for those to be notified.

When the registry is hidden, this is the only way for people to reach the registry.

1.	You submit your custom made linens request by email, fax or phone. Please be as detailed as possible and send pictures or sketches if necessary.
2.	We will get back to you within 24 hours with a price quote and estimated lead time with expected delivery.
3.	You review our price quote and approve. A 30% not refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and proceed with production. Please be informed monogrammed and custom made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufactures defect or error.

Gift Certificates

Sometimes the best Gift of all is the Luxury of choice. With Belvivere Gift certificates you can give people what they want for special occasions, weddings, birthdays etc.
Gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed online only at belvivere.com.

Our Gift Certificates never expires, never loose value, are immediately delivered for free to recipients email.
Choose any amount from $50 to $500 and include a personalized message.

Redeeming a gift card is easy. Just shop and then checkout as you normally would. During Checkout you can then enter your gift certificate number into the Discount / Gift Certificates entry field located in the lower section of the order verification page. You will need to enter the 10-digit gift certificate number and click on the “recalculate” button to apply the discount.
When the order is placed the Gift Certificate details are updated accordingly. The amount used is deducted from the balance.

Gift certificate details are added to all order related pages and send in all email messages when order is processed.

Please note:

	When the amount available on the Gift Certificate exceeds the total products purchased, the Gift Certificate is redeemed only for the amount that equals the total products purchased. The rest of the funds remain available for a future purchase.
	When the amount available on the Gift Certificate is lower or equal to the total products purchased, the Gift Certificate is fully redeemed and can no longer be used once the order has been placed. Note that what counts is when the order is placed, not when the order is processed.
	Shipping charges and handling fees are excluded from the calculation.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Belvivere Gift Certificates :

	Gift Certificate may be treated the same as cash.
	Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
	The Gift Certificate is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the Belvivere Gift Card e-mail notification with a unique 10-digit code (the e-mail wil be sended within one business day of order completion)
	Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
	Delivery to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Discount Coupons

Belvivere may occasionally offer promotional codes (=Discount Coupons) to registered users for :

-	free shipping promotions
-	special % discounts
-	cash back rebates on selected purchase

To redeem a discount coupon just browse our on-line store, and add products to shopping cart as you would normally do. No discount will be shown at that time. Upon checkout, on the order verification page you will be prompted to enter the discount code in the box at the bottom of the page. Then click on the Recalculate button, to recalculate the order total with any applicable discounts. The order details section of the page will now display the savings, promotion or free shipping offer.

If an invalid code is entered or the discount code used cannot be applied to the purchase, an error message is displayed.

	Discount coupons are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.
	One time use Discount codes must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
	Discount coupons do not apply to gift certificates, gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes or duties or similar services.
	Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.
	Free shipping promotions are valid for U.S. standard ground shipping within the 50 United States.
	For Discount coupons requiring a minimum order size, charges for gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes and duties, and credits from gift certificates do not count towards the minimum order size requirement.
	For Discount cupons where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lowest priced item.
	If merchandise was purchased with a Discount code and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit at the promotional price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order.
	If you return a gift that was purchased with a Discount code and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the expired code to a replacement or future order.
	Belvivere can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.

Wish List

You can keep track of items that pique your interest when browsing our store and add them to “Wish List” rather than purchasing right away. This feature allows you to virtually save a list of items you like, but are not ready to buy yet. You can access your “Wish List” anytime and order later any of the saved items by just adding them to the shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout.

Gift Boxing

Our luxury gift-boxing service saves you the time and hassle of doing it yourself and we'll prepare almost any gift for you. First we wrap it in crisp tissue paper, then carefully nestle it in an elegant chocolate color gift box accented with a white sateen ribbon. The box is accompanied by a gift card bearing your personal message.

All gifts are surrounded generously by protective wrapping, so they'll arrive in perfect condition.

How to order:

During checkout, just select the "Gift Box" option for each item you want individually boxed. You will then be prompted to enter your personalized message (optional) to be printed on the gift card.

If you would like two or more items in a single gift box, add the items to your shopping cart then click on the “special requests” link in your shopping cart and fill out the form.

Please note: There is a $6 charge for each gift box. We do our best to follow your gift-boxing instructions. However, if you choose to have multiple items gift boxed, the number of boxes we use depends on how many of your items fit in one box when we fill your order. So your total charge for gift boxing may not be accurately reflected when you check out. Instead, you will see the actual charge on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

Orders with gift boxing require one extra business day for delivery.
