Ordering online on Belvivere is simple and easy.
We've organized all of the steps into a few clear and secure pages,
so that the whole process will be smooth and hassle-free.

How to add items to cart
Just follow our simple 3-step process:

If you wish to order multiple items click on the
“Save and choose another” button and repeat the 3 steps
above for each new item. Hit the “+” button to add more
quantities of the same item. A “To be ordered list" will
appear on the right side of the screen with a summary of your selection.
To complete your order just click the “Add
to cart” button and you will be redirected to your shopping
cart to edit your selection or continue to checkout.
The shopping cart
The shopping cart is where you keep your selections
until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a
store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you
wish to purchase. Keep in mind, though, that it only holds items
while your session is open. If you close your browser or leave the
site, you may lose the items in your bag.
To save items for a longer period, you will need
to have a Belvivere account. Click "My Account" at the
top of any page to create your account. When you are logged in you
may add items to your wish list and save them for a later purchase.
You may review what you have put in your shopping
cart whenever you wish. All you have to do is click on the "shopping
cart" link at the very top of the page and you will be able
to see all of the items you are currently holding in there. It even
keeps track of how many items you've placed in it as you continue
to shop on the site.
Once you click on the "shopping cart" link,
you can see a picture of the piece(s) you've placed in your shopping
cart, as well as a brief description, the style number, the size
you'd like, the price and the quantity. From the shopping bag, you'll
also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding
or removing). You can do this simply by entering in the number of
items you'd like and then clicking on the "update quantity"
button. If you change your mind about an item, all you have to do
is click on the "delete" link.
The checkout process
Belvivere uses a simple and secure checkout process
to allow you to make your purchase quickly and comfortably. If you
have already created an account, enter your email address and password
as a registered user and click the "log in" button. You
have the option of creating a Belvivere account here, which will
allow you to view your order status, edit email preferences, and
much more. You also have the option of checking out without creating
a password.
Simply follow the steps outlined and provide the
necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout
process
Once you have successfully placed your order, you'll
be presented with a receipt page that will have your order number
on it. You will also be sent an email to confirm your order.
How long will it take to get my order ?
After you place an order, please allow ten to fourteen
business days to receive your shipment. A business day is considered
to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Order information and status history
To review your order information, the status of your
order(s), and all of your history with us, simply log into “My
Account”. Your account information is accessible 24 hours
a day. You will be able to see all of your purchases, shipping information,
account information, as well as any returns or credits you may have.
Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order with us, we will immediately
send you an email confirmation with an assigned order number and
all the details of your transaction.

To make a purchase using Paypal, simply click on
the "Check out with Paypal" button in your shopping cart,
or select the PayPal payment option during checkout.
When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are momentarily
connected to the PayPal web site during checkout. Once you complete
your transaction at the Paypal site you will automatically be returned
to Belvivere.com to complete your order.

Check card (also called debit
cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard
logo. |
Credit and debit cards will be authorized upon receipt
of order and charged at time of shipping or if shipment is imminent.
However, when you pay for your order using a credit card that is
associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order
amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place
the order, which may have an effect on your account available balance.
Some secured credit cards or debit card bank issuers may withhold
funds upon authorization by Belvivere.
Anyway payment (transfer of funds) does not occur
until the order ships.
