Belvivere offers one easy Flat shipping rate of $11.99 no matter how many items are in your order or how big your package is.
An additional handling fee of $5 is only applied to orders of a total amount less than $98.
We do not currently ship to Hotels, P.O. Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) or University addresses.

Delivery

Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. You will be promptly notified by email of any delay on expected delivery.
Custom/monogrammed order may take up to 20 days for delivery. We will notify expected delivery upon order receival.
All orders will be processed by the next business day.
A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Duties and Taxes

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Belvivere cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.

Identity & credit card verification

To provide top tier security for our customers, Belvivere reserves the right to eventually request identity verification via fax for international orders. If we do not receive verification of identity via fax within 4 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.
